Our History

First Equity Mortgage was launched as a Wisconsin based corporation in December of 1999, and also became a licensed mortgage banker within the same year; (License number: 1309). We began our family-run business with the hope of helping borrowers understand the lending process and obtain the best loans possible for them and their situation.
Since then, we have grown to new heights in the mortgage industry and over the years have helped many families realize their dream. We too have realized our dream in the short term, and in the long term, plan to continue our quest to serve our clients in the best way possible. We do this by offering each and every client the benefit of over 65 years of combined mortgage industry experience.
Unlike traditional banking institutions, we specialize in mortgage banking. This gives us the chance to offer our clients a wider range of mortgage options.
